Qualifications:

• AAS or BS in Electrical Engineering and/or 5 years relevant experience
• Experience in PLC programming (Allen Bradley & Mitsubishi preferred)
• Experience with Rockwell Transaction manager software
• Experience in robot programming (Motoman & Fanuc preferred)
• Experience in electrical control circuits
• Programming and application of HMI’s
• Manufacturing process data collection
• Experience with Rockwell Transaction Manager
• Experience with Industrial Automation Design, Integration and troubleshooting
• Visual Basic programming a plus
• Strong analytical skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Industrial Equipment and Automation Controls procurement and integration
• Robot Cell setup and integration
• Visual Basic programming for Production data collection and traceability
• PLC, HMI, and robot programming, debug and troubleshooting
• Develop equipment specification
• Procurement and Integration of electrical controls and devices
• Support Department project electrical troubleshooting and debugging
• Support plant requests for electrical controls and communication troubleshooting
