Position Overview

This is an entry-to-intermediate level role designed for individuals with strong technical aptitude and a passion for problem-solving in a manufacturing environment. You’ll start by supporting day-to-day production and process improvement tasks, while receiving hands-on mentorship and formal training to develop into a full engineering role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with engineers to develop, test, and refine manufacturing processes
  • Gather and analyze production data to uncover trends and drive improvements
  • Assist with machine setup, troubleshooting, and process documentation
  • Work with production teams to implement workflow and equipment enhancements
  • Maintain detailed records of process parameters, quality checks, and maintenance activities

Required:

  • Associate degree in Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, or related field — or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude
  • Solid skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Sharp problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Preferred:
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Familiarity with CAD software or basic drafting (GD&T knowledge a plus)
  • Understanding of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles

This role is part of our Engineer Development Program, designed to help you transition into a Manufacturing Engineer position. You’ll receive mentorship from senior engineers, participate in impactful projects, and build the skills needed for advancement.
