Human Resources Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- As a key member of the HR team, you will provide day-to-day support across multiple HR functions while partnering closely with plant leadership and employees.
- Coordinator recruiting and onboarding for hourly and salaried employees.
- Manage new hire orientation, paperwork, I-9s, and HRIS data.
- Support attendance tracking, timekeeping, and employee status changes.
- Assist with administering benefits, open enrollment, and leave-of-absence processes.
- Maintain compliance, training documentation, and policy updates.
- Support engagement initiatives communications, and retention efforts.
- Manage employee changes/additions/terminations, and other HR program administration.
- Maintain and enhance a productive work environment by resolving conflicts; coaching on effective management and coaching techniques; and maintaining open communications with associates and management.
- Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or 2+ years of HR or generalist experience (manufacturing or industrial environment strongly preferred)
- Knowledge of HR compliance, employment documentation, and best practices
- Experience supporting hourly workforces and shift-based schedules.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional communication skills and high level of confidentiality
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing setting.
